At Nailed It Prints, all our items, including decals, stickers, apparel, and accessories, are custom-made to order. This means that we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective. We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and handling any issues promptly.

Reporting a defective item

If your item arrives defective, you must notify Nailed It Prints within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, please upload a clear photo of the defective item. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and determine the best course of action. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a refund or store credit. Refunds and store credits

If an item is deemed defective and Nailed It Prints accepts the return, you will have the option to receive either a full refund or a store credit towards another item. Please note that shipping fees are not included in refunds or store credits. We strive to process all accepted returns efficiently to minimize any inconvenience.
